At no place in the submitted work shall there be a textual reference (name) to the author of the submission. All parts of the work shall be marked exclusively with a six-digit code, which will also be noted on the participation form.
For the purpose of completeness, the draft (possibly in its various portions) shall be accompanied by the participation form with a short abstract of the submitted work The abstract shall cover the essential features and concepts of the work concisely and be suitable for possible publication in technical journals.
Entries may be submitted as
- charts (max. 6) with drawings and/or photos (no slides)
- scale models and/or detailed models (max. 2; max. 841 x 841 mm)
- VHS cassettes, and CD-ROMs (max. 5 minutes playing time). Interface solutions may be submitted on CD-ROM with Flash animation.
- Permissible file formats are TIF, PDF, GIF, or JPG files for Macintosh or PC.
